Service Animal Policy
Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person's disability.
Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under the ADA.
We reserve the right to ask two legally permitted questions: 1. Is the animal required because of a disability?2. What work or task has the animal been trained to perform?
We also reserve the right to request documentation of the animal's training or certification.
Service animals must be under the handler's control at all times, housebroken, and may not be left unattended on the property. The guest is fully liable for any damages caused by the animal.
